What is this unit's maximum operating pressure? I'm trying to fill O2 cylinders (3000psi) with it. ?

These are what I used to power my 6kpsi scuba compressor. I don't recall the rating, but if they weren't rated for at least that, I wouldn't have used them.

How high is the stress level? Is it true that I require 6000 psi?

It's 160 psi, if memory serves me correctly. It isn't rated for 6000 psi pressure.

In liquid applications, a low-cost SS valve provides excellent pressure/flow control

This stainless steel valve is fantastic value for money. Solid, well-machined, and allows for reasonable control of pressure and flow. It needed to be cleaned, and there were still oils on it from the machining, but I'm not complaining because everything in a food application requires it. This is a nice low-cost SS valve.
