Is the thread size comparable to that of a garden hose? 3/4"MHT?

No, this is NPT (national pipe thread), which is a tapered thread rather than a straight thread (male hose thread). They are not interchangeable.

Are these fullport? I assume they are because they have a gate valve, but you never know. ?

Yes, a gate valve is still a gate valve, thank goodness. The gate valve's height is an obvious indicator. When fully opened, the gate will vanish completely within the body. On a quarter-turn valve, however, this is not the case.

There are no unpleasant surprises, and the product performs exactly as it should. I'll come here first if I need more valves because they are of good quality and at a reasonable price.
