Although the image says 200wog, the description says 150. What's the difference?

The 1. The 200wog 5 inch brass valve has a 150wog rated working pressure.

Is it possible to repair the top half by inserting it into a different brand's body? Is it possible to swap these out?

There isn't a standard for part interchange, so it's unlikely.

Is it possible to use a steam radiator with this?

It works well for small flows of water and wastewater, which is what I use it for. Steam? I'm not certain.

A valve that also functions as a reducer! JUNK! It's ridiculous

The ACTUAL internal opening of this 1" gate valve is 34". Why would I use 1" PVC throughout my home if this valve serves as a reducer? br>br>Flawed. br>br>.

Be wary of the inner diameter of the passage on these valves, as others have pointed out. I'm returning a 2" valve because it has a 1/2-inch smaller opening (1. A 2" valve (2") purchased from a local plumbing store is 5") in diameter. I've attached a photo of the two side by side. If I'm able, I'd like to stay on the positive side of things Because it would be difficult for the pump to handle such a restriction, my application cannot afford it.

Change your mind! These Chinese ones are garbage in comparison to the NORCA they cloned to make them. The threads in the gate are garbage and pull out easily.

I had it hooked up to hoses and was using it. The handle broke when I 'let go/dropped' it onto soft lawn soil. Huh?.

It's not quite two inches

This isn't a 2 inch valve in the traditional sense. Internally, there is a significant reduction in the size of the opening. br>I've previously purchased two in-gate valves with pass-through diameters that are very close to 2 inches.
