Clearly, I saw the model number 720 on the side of my house and tried to figure out how to get it. 420 should be used if that's what is required. My trial and error method was based on the vague instructions. The edges are razor sharp, so take

The repair kit I received did not include a gel-like material There was no moisture present in any of the included parts. As a rubber o-ring is made of rubber I would have used lubricant if there was a lubricant in the kit

I noticed that my pressure breaker valve was leaking and decided to replace it Rebuilding it was possible with a rebuild kit, as I remembered. After checking several websites including Sprinkler World, I decided to purchase the kit from Amazon because it was the cheapest.
The kit comes with a sheet of paper for installation / maintenance / testing of the valve, but not for the rebuild kit itself. did, however, provide an exploded view of all the components that make up the valve, except for the canopy & stem. It came with all the necessary screws and fasteners. As a summary of the steps I took, here are mine Remove the poppet assembly (it's all part of one)

Cutting the O-ring channel4) Cut the ring channel 5) Cut the ring Take a lubricant and squeeze it out completely onto your fingers, then rub it on the ring Put lots of grease all over the O-ring and tighten it tightly 4) Install the O-ring *Bring the ring into the channel*5) Insert the Dis and the Dis Receiver The Big Plastic Washer That Sits On The O-ring 6) I had extra grease, so I lubricated the underside of the big plastic washer that sits on the O-ring Install the plastic washer on top of the O-ring (greasy side down) Ring)*8) Thread the bonnet and check that the shaft of the disc fits the axle You should find the poppet assembly in the center of the bonnet. 9) Hand tighten the bonnet. 10) Install the canopy and the three Once all are in place, tighten the three bolts together***Return the water to the faucet. You can let a little water ooze out of the breaker valve initially, but wipe it away from the piping surrounding it and monitor it. It was easy to fix my back flow and I haven't had any leaks since I did it. It was a simple and quick process, and it took about 15 minutes for me. I did not check how much an irrigation specialist or plumber would charge for it, but I suspect it would be about $100. Thank you very much for offering this item at such a competitive price.
