Because the manufacturer doesn't specify the type of brass used in the fitting, I can only assume it isn't lead-free.
The threads on the Unified 1/8" NPT are tapered and have a count of 27 per inch.

I'm not sure why I bought it or where I'm going to put it.
It's perfect for the threading that's required. No issues with the showerhead installation. For a high-quality piece of hardware, this is an excellent price. If you're not sure how to compare the size of your pipes to the sizing listed for this item, measure the outer diameter of your pipe and use the NPT pipe size table to convert (hint: There is almost no relationship between the actual size and the NPT size).
This was purchased to replace the piece of junk "1/2 to1/4 Anderson Metals Brass Threaded Pipe Fitting" that I purchased for $5 a week ago. This NIGO 1/2 to 1/4 bushing for $5 makes a huge difference. 89! Every part of this NIGO bushing is beautifully machined, and the threads are perfect. In comparison to that garbage Anderson fitting, the brass has a hefty feel to it. For an additional 21 cents, you can upgrade your NIGO bushing from junk to excellent quality.
On my Central Pneumatic 29-, the check valve failed. compressor with a capacity of gallon An exact replacement valve (3/4" male port into the tank, 1/2" male port from the pump, and 1/8" female port to the unloader) was impossible to find. I found a common replacement check valve with a similar configuration but different sized ports (1/2" male port to the tank, 3/8" male port from the pump), and this reducer worked perfectly to connect the pump side. I threaded it on smoothly with no leaks, and it has held up under pressure.
I also run acdproducts as a business. com, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. I am skilled in all aspects of design, and I particularly enjoy the actual installation of projects in the electrical and plumbing fields. The quality of your product is excellent, but it is a little difficult to obtain and locate. I recommend purchasing a kit that includes a wide range of fittings. When a contractor does not know what to plan or anticipate, this is a good thing to have on hand.
The material is of good quality and has a nice, heavy feel to it, as it should. There were no leaks after tightening the ffittings. Please mark this as helpful if it was of any assistance.
So, if you're looking for a high-quality brass fitting, look no further.
I found EXACTLY what I needed. I lost the fitting that connects my garden hose to the showerpipe, which is usually where the showerhead is screwed on. I use it to fill the hot tub with hot water so we can use it right away instead of having to wait for the cold water to heat up:.
