For connecting pipes with different ends, one end has 1/2" female National Pipe Taper (NPT) threads and the other has 1/2" male NPT threads.

Corrosion resistance, high temperature ductility, and low magnetic permeability are all advantages of brass.

Working pressure is 1200 PSI, and the temperature range is -65°F to 250°F (-53°C to 121°C).

These fittings contain lead and are not permitted to be used for potable water in the United States under federal law. as well as its environs

It was my fault for ordering the wrong size and having to return it

I had some husky air compressor parts, which stated on the package that they were 3/8". So I purchased these 3/8" and discovered that they are too large. 1/4" was what I required. Because I made a mistake, I'm keeping them in case I need them in the future. I gave them four stars because I'm not sure if I'll ever use them, so they could be good or bad. I probably shouldn't have reviewed them, but the cancel button was nowhere to be found.

Brass is a very soft metal. 1/4" air tool threads are correct. It does the job, but expect it to be damaged if you use a tool on it.
