I'm not sure what their pound rating is, but I wouldn't use them for anything other than a key chain or a teacup or other small dog leash. I have quite a few of them, and while they are attractive, they are not particularly durable.

I've been looking for some new snap hook clips to use with my exercise pen and haven't been able to find any. The ones included were a little on the large side. When the pen's edges were clipped, a large gap appeared. These small clips are ideal for holding my Midwest Exercise Pen in place. They are simple to put on and leave almost no gap. br>br>They are made of cast aluminum, which has both advantages and disadvantages. Cast Aluminum is a lightweight material with beautiful anodized colors, but it is not a very durable material. When I moved the pen out of the rain on the first day, one of my clips snapped. Of course, since the others worked fine, it could have just been a bad clip, but I'm going to remove the clips before moving the pen from now on. br>br>They should be fine for light-duty applications. br>br>Like most non-military aircraft, they are not designed to fly at high altitudes. br>br> When you slide the bolt through the brass bolt snaps, they're a little squeaky and tight, so I give them a quick shot of Liquid Wrench Dry-Wrench. PTFE should be used as a lubricant. I prefer it to traditional light oils because the liquid carrier evaporates quickly, leaving the part completely dry to the touch. If you're looking for something a little bigger and sturdier, take a look at this: br>br> .
I have four small parrots who are not kept in a cage unless I am away from home or asleep. Unfortunately, the smarties began to break out of their cages, posing a threat to their safety. In the event of an emergency, I needed something that could be quickly opened. The size is ideal, and they're simple to open. I realize this isn't the most common application of the product, but it works!.
These are what my wife uses to add or remove extra keys/fobs from her key chain. They're small, and both the slide and the ring appear to be of good quality. The different colors can help you quickly distinguish between different keys. We can no longer find this size in any hardware store in our area, big or small. Another reason to do some research on the internet!.
However, according to the description, the distance between the top of the clip and the bottom of the ring is 1 1/2". Before you buy, check your ruler or go to Home Depot/Lowe's and look at one. Keep in mind that these are made of aluminum rather than steel before making a purchase- They aren't designed to support a large amount of weight. br>br>These are perfect for what I'm going to use them for, and I'll definitely be ordering more. I'm hoping they'll eventually come in larger sizes so I can use them in these gorgeous colors! When I showed them to a friend, she asked where I got them so she could buy them, too:.
The snaps are a good size - they're not too big and not too small. I was looking for small ones to use on show leashes and dog slip collars with snaps. I haven't used them much yet, but they appear to be reasonably sturdy for their size, and the lever to open them works well - It doesn't get stuck closed (or open!). ), and the spring is strong enough to keep it shut once it's been released. br>I am dissatisfied that I did not receive one of each color as shown in the listing. I placed an order for two of them - The first had two red ones instead of a blue, and the second had three red ones with no blue or gold.
looking. These clips are small, but they're perfect for attaching a cell phone to a belt loop or keys to a ring inside a tote bag because they're light and sturdy. They're probably too light to hold a dog leash on; For that, a larger, more powerful clip would be required. The colors are vibrant and shiny, as well as being light and airy. The spring action is excellent, and you can attach one permanently inside a tote bag by adding a cloth loop to the ring end, or you can add your own split key ring to the round end. I like the variety of colors in one package, and this is a good product.
I used to buy retractable key rings to keep my keys on, but they never lasted and were always broken. So I bought these with the idea that if they broke (like the clasp or whatever it's called broke), I'd have more. I'm still on the first one, but I've got five spares in case I need them.
We have three small Chihuahuas, so we made three custom leashes out of colorful paracord. If your fat fingers are the size of a squirrel's manhood, you should consider surgery to reduce their size.
