Update: I tried it out last night and it was fantastic. Because it is so sturdy, it is much easier to write down the order than it would be in a small book. It held my money, receipts, and orders, as well as a picture of my son in the clear section, which isn't really related to serving but I like it because I'm a mom. The pen writes beautifully, and the whole package is simply adorable. br>br>This is a nice server book; the quality appears to be excellent, and it contains all of the information I require to stay organized while working. I really like the pen; it's a cute bonus item that also writes well. I was able to locate blank pads that were exactly the right size.

I'm in love with this super cute waitress book, especially the color and the variety of pockets. I recently started working at a new restaurant, and all of the other servers were curious about it, as well as the diamond pen that came with it; highly recommended!.

This item arrived in a timely manner and appears to be exactly what was described. My best friend loves it and says it's especially useful when she's waiting tables because it has a change pocket. In addition, the pen is very useful.

This was given to me as a thank-you gift. You gave it to me as a present for a waitress friend who was having trouble keeping track of her checks, cash, and credit cards. It's well-made, long-lasting, has pockets and folds for organization, and it's a bright color that makes it easy to spot. A nice touch is the pen that comes with it. Get one for your favorite waitress as well; she'll appreciate it!.

This is such a charming book. It has the perfect amount of pockets on the inside and was delivered quickly, but after only two weeks, it is already beginning to bend/curve at the top. It isn't bad, but it isn't difficult.

It's cute when you first get it, but if you work in a fast-paced restaurant, it'll get dirty over time, and it did. The pen was adorable, but it stopped working after a few days; the zipper, on the other hand, is still functional. I like the zipper and how many pockets it has, but I'd rather get black because I wanted something girly to wear and watch it turn brown. It hasn't torn yet and is still semi-closed.

The pen was one of my favorites. It did, however, run out of ink after a month or two. The twist feature, as well as the way it glides across the paper, are two of my favorite features. One thing that irritates me is I write on the right side of my book, and flipping pages back behind the book is difficult, so when the book is in my apron, pages hang out and get wet from the drink station and the dish pit. I'm a creature of habit, so I'd rather buy a new server book that allows me to flip through the pages.
