Napkins stay put until you reach for one in this napkin holder, which is ideal for a busy table or outside. You are only allowed to pull out ONE! Large enough to handle larger napkins, but small enough to handle as well. For the price, it's excellent.
My puppy would jump up onto the counter and eat the napkins out of a stand-up napkin holder that I had. This one is more puppy proof, so we don't lose dozens of napkins at once! The design is true to the picture, and it's quite sturdy!.
It's cute and it keeps the towels in place. I got it for outdoor parties because the napkins always fly away when it's windy.
