Is it important whether it's from China, Italy, Wakanda, or somewhere else? Why not, as long as it's usable?
This spoon is for sautéing and plating. Any spoon will suffice to make quenelles. If that's your goal, I imagine this will result in GIANT ones.
Isn't it something you're researching?

It's a Spoon, and it's a good one. Period. br>I read all the reviews and was looking forward to receiving this magical item; perhaps it had a deeper cup, improved the taste of food, or magically entertained the children. Cooking is one of my favorite pastimes, and I eat almost every day. I am aware of the following: It's a spoon, to be precise. Consider it if you want a high-priced, very basic spoon.
They're the ideal shape for basting, flipping, saucing, and plating, making them an excellent all-around kitchen tool. Because I misplaced my 9" spoon during a move, I ordered this to replace it. My first one cost me around $13. I understand that inflation is out of control these days, but the new price is disproportionately high in comparison to the value you receive. br>br>It's still a Gray Kunz spoon, but it's a high-quality product. The price is the only thing that makes me unhappy.
This is the best plating spoon on the planet when it comes to the kitchen. Some may be put off by the price, but they have clearly never needed anything to be perfectly portioned or sauced. You get what you pay for, and a Kunz spoon is top-of-the-line. I'm going to buy two more because I use it so much that I don't have time to clean it in between orders.
With this, I've become a true baster. In my hands, it has a good weight and feel. I'm talking about a spoon, so get your head out of the gutter!.
This spoon was recommended by a friend, and I couldn't wait to get it. I was especially ecstatic because it arrived in one day. However, when I received a new spoon with deep scratches, I was extremely disappointed. I would have passed this up in favor of a scratch-free spoon if I had seen it in a store. A spoon should be in perfect condition for $25, but I'm too lazy to return it, so I'll keep it. But I did want to mention that I noticed the scratches, which will most likely bother me for the rest of my spoon's life.
If you're a foodie or aspiring chef, this spoon is a must-have. br>I bought this spoon to replace a Mercer spoon that I already had. It would be ideal for making larger quenelles, so I was looking forward to it. br>br>A little pricey for a spoon; however, if you want to spend $25 on a spoon, this is the spoon for you. In addition, for better customer service, I would suggest purchasing it from a different Amazon seller.
My single spoon is now reserved for personal, private, fine dining occasions. It continues to be the most important thing in the world. It's fantastic, and I can't wait for the next installment!.
I actually just ordered more from Wasserman because Amazon's prices have increased. I'm getting off track here. The texture, the weight, the overall impression- The spoon in question is a chef's spoon. Several people have complimented me on my exorbitantly priced spoon, only to later inquire as to where I purchased it. You'll notice that there are spoons and then there's THIS SPOON after you've used it. Which you'll begin to refer to as "my spoon" in no time. What happened to MY SPOON? Do yourself a favor and buy two spoons instead of one. You get three. Get a few wasserman coupons and you'll have the ideal host/hostess gift (what is that?). Seriously, it's time to move on from the traditional bottle of wine as a holiday gift or housewarming gift!.
