Product and box were both damaged due to poor quality and shipping

The package was damaged when it arrived. Both of the spoons had a bend in them. I initially assumed it was due to the spoon's design, but it turned out to be two spoons with the bottoms bent in different directions at different times. I'd also like to point out that the product box arrived damaged.
