Questions & Answers
These spoons have been in my collection for a long time, and I've always washed them by hand. I started putting them in the dishwasher recently, but some of the wood is becoming loose and flaky as a result. As a result, I believe the answer is no.
Yes, they're made of the same hardwood as standard drumsticks!
These were purchased for my daughter, who played percussion in both high school and college bands. I purchased a set for myself as well. They're of excellent craftsmanship.
I'm not sure what I'm talking about. I gave them as a gift, but they are quite light and the spoon portion is quite small. It's an interesting concept, but it's not very practical.

These appear to be of excellent quality. I haven't used them because they were given to me. They're a lot bigger than I thought they'd be. They're about 12-inches tall. I think they'll go over well (even if they're unusable) because they're 13" long and have nice details. It'd make a great novelty or practical kitchen tool for an "air" drummer or a real drummer in a band;.
When I got this Saturday, I was taken aback. Thank you for your prompt service!br>Working with this company has been a pleasure. The ordering procedure was simple and straightforward. I received it on the third day, so the prompt service was greatly appreciated, and I will be a repeat customer. I'm hoping you'll expand the qift concepts to include bass guitar and singers. It appears that items for those musicians are more difficult to come by. br>I was thrilled to find something like this when I was looking for gifts for my husband's band members. br>The sticks are extremely durable and thick enough to withstand abuse. br>Our Drummer was amused and appreciative of the time and effort put into finding a unique gift for percussionists or the discerning music collector. br>Congratulations on a job well done!.
These are fantastic, and I purchased them for my husband, who is a music fanatic who also enjoys cooking. They were fantastic in his opinion. They're tough and get the job done. Because of the cutout, the music know is a little more difficult to clean, but a quick rinse after each use usually suffices. br>br>UPDATE: br>br> After using these for a while, I discovered that the one with the music note was the most difficult to clean. It's difficult to clean up if anything dries up in between, but you also have to be careful what you're cooking; thin foods that can be rinsed off quickly are preferable. Although I believe it would have been better if it had been solid, the note was made of a different colored wood. I still like them, but I have to be careful how I use the one with the note, and I have to use a small brush to get in between the lines of the shapes. A fun design should not make the item more difficult to use or clean, in my opinion.
As a result, I placed an order for these and had them delivered as a present. They didn't get the spoons, but they did get a navy blue bedsheet in their place. The bedsheet was kept because it matched their sofa bed perfectly. Please accept my sincere apologies to whoever the sheet was intended for. At the very least, I hope you got spoons for the drumsticks.
I intended to go flatware shopping. br>I happened upon these by chance, but how could any music fan not want them? br>They looked cute online, but I was expecting them to be a little flimsy and cheap - It couldn't possibly be THAT nice for this price. br>Bonus two - OUTSTANDING QUALITY - These spoons are made to withstand the rigors of everyday use. The barrel measures about 1/2" in diameter and has a very solid feel to it. br>I bought a set for myself, as well as a set for my favorite musician friend Celeste (don't tell, it's a surprise). lol).
These were purchased for a friend who does not enjoy cooking. It was the ideal present because she enjoys music and I knew she didn't have any. br>She did use them to stir some soup, so that's something.
My kids gave it to me for Christmas because they know how much I enjoy drumming and messing around in the kitchen. Very sturdy spoons with nice heavy wood; however, don't use them for drumming and cooking at the same time, as it gets a little messy. If you use them as drums, they will dent your pots, but otherwise, I give them a five-star rating!.
The wood feathered and splintered as a result of it. I'm very sad, but I'm attempting to resolve the situation on my own. Each time, it's best to wash by hand.
