My favorite things in the kitchen are knives and pans. My excitement at finding these 1/6 size pans prompted me to order 6 of them, together with matching solid lids and slotted lids, in the hope of using them with my warming tray to make food The quality of these is very good. It is easy to stack them because they fit perfectly and save lots of It is an ideal size for leftovers and cut up vegetables. They even fell off my induction cooktop when I was boiling eggs. In addition, I tried them on my warming tray, and I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't fit perfectly, as the corners are not the My warming tray is a different brand? I am probably not going to need all six, but I am using three constantly and I've been pleased with them so far.
Everything that you might want in a steam table pan is offered here. Thank you for making round pans too, if you can make them.
The quality is good and the price is cheaper.
Item ordered has not been received It has only been shipped once.
As I operate a food service operation, the pans are of good quality.
It is sturdy, but it quickly rusts if it gets scratched.
This is a very high-quality product. The pans I have been using at home are of good quality. There is food in the 18/8 range - My stainless steel prep bowls are of high grade, so they should last a lifetime. I am using them to marinate raw meats like Korean bbq short ribs for dinner. You can make enough to feed a family with these when you're making enough for them. These can also be used to prep salads, as long as you make enough for the next day or two and store it in the refrigerator. The ones you aren't using can be washed very easily and they are dishwasher safe when you aren't using them It's okay. As well as being stackable, these items can save a lot of space. Any family that prepares a lot of food using a lot of ingredients or marinates a lot of meat will find these to be very helpful. These pans help you to save time when you're preparing meals. You might also want to consider purchasing the lid, which fits perfectly over this. It's worth it to get the lid, if you're buying it. This way, we are sure to keep our work area cleaner, and there will be no possibility of unwanted items getting into our pans like bugs or dust.
It is an excellent pan, good for both residential and.
I bought several different sizes of these Amazon Commercial hotel pans, so I am leaving the same review for all of them. Even though my experience is that it is a decent sized piece of metal of a good quality, there are no markings on it at all, leaving us to assume it is what it claims to be. They seem to me to be of a similar weight to what I learned while working in restaurants. Since I do not possess any steam tables at home, I am unable to confirm whether they are indeed easy to remove from steam tables. For now, I'm only using them in my refrigerator to store foods. My appreciation goes out to the different sizes I received. It is only unfortunate that I did not get a full-time job There was a perforated pan of the right size that I could have used as a colander over the sink. My favorite use for the 1/3 and 1/4 sizes is cooling down broths and soups, of which I make gallons during the winter. My 8-hour day tends to be my best time for making these The main trouble I have with the Instant Pot is the heat they produce that makes it so hard to cool them down quickly enough to refrigerate or freeze them adequately. I used to put them into mason jars, but those take a long time to cool down as well. Having wider and shallower pans allows for foods to cool more quickly, making them a great solution for the hotel industry. By putting them on cool racks you can increase air circulation under them and make the process faster. The wide, long sizes are ideal for soaking silverware and cooking utensils during the cleaning process. In addition to food prep, the 1/6 sizes are great for serving finished foods, such as food I've cooked, mashed potatoes or hard-boiled eggs. In every case, I got pans that are 4" deep so I can cook twice as much food I keep them in our refrigerator stacked on any shelf I like. For everything, I would recommend solid lids.
