In my DIY campervan kitchen, I had to replace a pan which was broken. Soon after, I was out of business. As part of my kitchen, I have a potting bench that has a removable insert you can use for mixing dirt, though I use it mostly Due to the low depth of the original insert, I wanted a pan that was 6 inches deep so that I could store more items. When ordering a pan online, I feared that I might not be able to get it the right size as the size might not be the same. If I cannot fit the pan in the camper the next time around, I thought I could always use it at home since I don't have a kitchen supply store nearby.
