Exactly what I expected. This is one of my favorites.
I'm pleased with the way the project is going.
1/9 pans are constructed from thicker metal, which makes them more sturdy and does not dent when dropped.
This sauce pan is great for storing sauce and is easy to clean.
I found the service to be perfect for my needs.
There seems to be great value in them. Having used several pans previously, I compared these to a set of Vigor ones I have been using for a long time. They, too, were among the best I could find at the time. It is true that these Amazon pans do not have laser engravings at all, which does not bother me at all. It has the anti-corrosion feature to keep the Amazon pans from melting An entire circumference of the pan is surrounded by the jam lip The Vigor pans simply have four protrusions at the corners to give them an anti-slip surface You can jam using this I have not found these Amazon pans any more difficult to use than the Vigor pans, but I do believe the lip around the perimeter enables more surface area (and thus, more friction) for adjacent pans to get stuck together if they are pressed together with very large force.
