The majority of what I cook consists of breakfast frittatas, casseroles, or roasted vegetables made with avocado, coconut, or olive oil. With pans designed for food service, I didn't expect so much stuck-on mess to accumulate. I have a plastic scraper that works well for this purpose.
As the long side goes to the long side of the hotel pan, the short side goes the other way. As a result, they are only supported on two sides and fall into the middle. My 1/2 and 1/3 size pants go crosswise and fit perfectly. It is essential that they have some form of support.
This is a good size for a women's t-shirt and I would recommend it.
Stainless steel pans are so appealing that I may become addicted to them. I bought my first Amazon Commercial pan a few months ago, figuring I wouldn't happen to use them that much, but I wanted to see if they worked. They have since become my go-to for all of my needs! It is like a really large, shallow cake pan, and is perfect for having food stored in it, like leftover pizza slices from that extra large pie we bought on Friday night, or that French toast I made one Sunday morning that no one got to eat because of our busy schedules. It is really nice to have such large, deep pans that are reminiscent of a deep bread pan. I got the quarter size pans with a 4-inch depth this time because I wanted something for soups, stews, pasta and so forth. Right out of the box, I was struck by how solid they felt. Since stainless steel, especially 22 gauge such as this, is so durable and easy to clean, it is surprising that more people don't utilize it in their homes. Plastic storage containers absorb nasty smells and stains from food. Stainless steel does not absorb any of those things. It will never rust. The edges are smooth, and there is very little space for bacteria to hide, making them a good choice. They are also very rugged. The two don't have to be hit against each other to hurt one another. The amount of abuse they may encounter in a restaurant kitchen should tell you they need to be built to last.
In the end, I ended up buying covers for these so that I could stack them, and the covers are also very high My favorite thing about these pans is that they keep leftovers extremely cold when covered in the fridge, so I'm looking forward to using them. I would highly recommend it.
They are excellent commercial quality, very versatile. I agree with so many others who say these commercial pans are just great! I think this 1/4 size will be perfect for residential cooks. When filled to the top, the pan can hold approximately 6 1/2 cups of water. There's a bit more space between these two than an 8" bread pan, but not as much. I filled my 10 " bread pan with about 8 cups of water to the top (see photos). In addition to bread or a large meatloaf, there are other things that you could do with it. A great place to store and serve cold items, like coleslaw, potato salad, chicken salad, etc. (fridge at the table) I intend to store leftovers, have them served, and bake them in the refrigerator. With lids, these are so versatile! I love that they stack as well. You can store items in the refrigerator and on the shelves at the same time. When you own six, you can stack them all together. You won't have to worry about where to keep It is made of stainless steel that is of good quality and does not have any This dishwashing machine does a great job. In addition to the slotted lids, I purchased slotted lids to go with them for serving at relatives' gatherings We are together. If you are planning a stay at a Commercial Hotel, I highly recommend trying these wonderful pans available at That is for sure something that I am glad I.
Given that I got a number of different sizes of these pans from Amazon Commercial, I am giving the same review to each. Even though my experience is that it is a decent sized piece of metal of a good quality, there are no markings on it at all, leaving us to assume it is what it claims to be. They seem to me to be of a similar weight to what I learned while working in restaurants. Since I do not possess any steam tables at home, I am unable to confirm whether they are indeed easy to remove from steam tables. For now, I'm only using them in my refrigerator to store foods. My appreciation goes out to the different sizes I received. It is only unfortunate that I did not get a full-time job There was a perforated pan of the right size that I could have used as a colander over the sink. My favorite use for the 1/3 and 1/4 sizes is cooling down broths and soups, of which I make gallons during the winter. My 8-hour day tends to be my best time for making these The main trouble I have with the Instant Pot is the heat they produce that makes it so hard to cool them down quickly enough to refrigerate or freeze them adequately. I used to put them into mason jars, but those take a long time to cool down as well. Having wider and shallower pans allows for foods to cool more quickly, making them a great solution for the hotel industry. By putting them on cool racks you can increase air circulation under them and make the process faster. The wide, long sizes are ideal for soaking silverware and cooking utensils during the cleaning process. In addition to food prep, the 1/6 sizes are great for serving finished foods, such as food I've cooked, mashed potatoes or hard-boiled eggs. In every case, I got pans that are 4" deep so I can cook twice as much food I keep them in our refrigerator stacked on any shelf I like. For everything, I would recommend solid lids.
