The stainless steel pans I had been using for years would probably last longer than the Wilton baking sheets I had been using. It surprised me to find stains on the bottom of the Vigor pans that I used for baking the cinnamon rolls. I'm not sure why that is. To test the Amazon pans, I broil a slice of tomato with mozzarella for three minutes under the broiler after receiving them from Amazon. An hour later, I washed the pan and it was impeccable! Though the Vigor pan was in the oven longer with the heat source coming from below, and the Amazon pan was heated from above, I was surprised that the acidity of the tomatoes did not stain the pan. Would like to see if the Amazon pans hold up to the test of cinnamon rolls.

We recommend it. Comes in perfect shape for cooking strudels in a toaster. It's nice to have chicken that's not boneless or boneless pork If leftovers remain, they can be stored in the refrigerator. It is of the highest Not for business. This is a thinner and perfectly fine item for personal use in the home. As a result of the covers, you can stack multiple boxes in the refrigerator.

We can each have one pan of lasagna with leftovers, as it makes an adequate amount for the two of us. It's hard to know what size the pan should be by measuring by the measurements, so I put an egg carton in the pan to give you an idea. I, at least, find it to be so. LOL, I also took a picture of a dozen of my fresh eggs. Since I could add a lot more to the picture, I decided to do that too. This set of pans stacks so nicely that they keep my fridge much more organized. I wish I had this set years ago. We can also use these as a side dish on our next family barbecue for potato salad, baked beans or any side dish you wish to serve. This Amazon commercial line has really good quality. It is indeed of My kitchen is an industrial-farmhouse hybrid, so they look fantastic in there. They look amazing on my open shelves. Putting these pans in your cupboard won't disappoint you. Designed to last for decades, they are built to last. Please use this as a guide!.

Given that I got a number of different sizes of these pans from Amazon Commercial, I am giving the same review to each. Whether you're cooking at home or in a commercial kitchen, this is a convenient item. Even though my experience is that it is a decent sized piece of metal of a good quality, there are no markings on it at all, leaving us to assume it is what it claims to be. They seem to me to be of a similar weight to what I learned while working in restaurants. Since I do not possess any steam tables at home, I am unable to confirm whether they are indeed easy to remove from steam tables. For now, I'm only using them in my refrigerator to store foods. My appreciation goes out to the different sizes I received. It is only unfortunate that I did not get a full-time job There was a perforated pan of the right size that I could have used as a colander over the sink. My gallons of broth and soup, of which I make gallons in the winter, cool well in the 1/3 and 1/4 sized bags My 8-hour day tends to be my best time for making these The main trouble I have with the Instant Pot is the heat they produce that makes it so hard to cool them down quickly enough to refrigerate or freeze them adequately. I used to put them into mason jars, but those take a long time to cool down as well. Having wider and shallower pans allows for foods to cool more quickly, making them a great solution for the hotel industry. To speed up the process, I put them on cooling racks so more air could circulate underneath. The wide, long sizes are ideal for soaking silverware and cooking utensils during the cleaning process. In addition to food prep, the 1/6 sizes are great for serving finished foods, such as food I've cooked, mashed potatoes or hard-boiled eggs. In every case, I got pans that are 4" deep so I can cook twice as much food I keep them in our refrigerator stacked on any shelf I like. For everything, I would recommend solid lids.

Despite the fact that I do not have a professional steam table, I still need stainless steel containers for my darkroom. In order to develop my film, I need my photo solutions to be at specific temperatures. method for keeping them at the correct temperature was to immerse the bottles in a vat of water and hope the specific heat of the water would keep the temperatures at the right level. Now, when you use Sous Vide, you have the option to use a recirculating heating pump to accomplish the same thing, but you need a deep container to do that effectively. That's what these are best used for. Since they are not made of plastic, they won't stain (photo chemicals can leave permanent stains on almost Fingers can be easily gripped thanks to the wide rim. It would be nice if there was a handle around the entire perimeter. There are tight lids on the jars. A good fit, but not fully airtight so chemicals can oxidize over time, but only for a short period of time I think it will be fine for a one-day print session.

The Trays can hold up to two, liter (quart) bottles with extra room for sous vide. You get two in the bundle, so no worries about running out of space. they aren't in use, they stack to take up less space, and according to their description, they are jam-packed with features Here is evidence. One complaint I have is that the thickness of the steel is not as thick as those I use for other steam tables. As it stands, it's more than adequate for my application. This might be a problem if you were in a professional restaurant where they would get more beat up. Overall, these trays have been a good buy for me. It's perfect for the tasks I need to complete with them. You can still use a steam table even without one.
