This brand would have been better for me to have discovered before I bought the other brand I bought first. This Amazon brand of steam table pans and lids are thicker and heavier than the earlier brand I bought. I'll be buying more from Amazon thanks a lot! it does not twist or shatter in the oven when the heat hits it, it is nice and strong and has a better shine than other brands. I will be buying more from Amazon thanks a lot! I also got a much better deal than the other brands because their prices were much higher.

These pans are very impressive. These are Heavy Duty in all the best ways. My Brod and Taylor proofer works really well with them because they have a nice finish and should last a lifetime. I use them for bread dough and they fit in the proofer well.

The stainless steel steam table pans in this set are half size, so they are ideal for use at home. In addition to my own commercial kitchen ware, I also like a few items from a local restaurant. These items last for a very long time and can take a lot of abuse if necessary. They are a great size for baking cakes as they are similar in size and depth to sheet cake pans. I have one of them in my refrigerator for storage of cut up watermelon. Everything inside the metal box stays colder for a much longer period of time, and it doesn't carry any unpleasant smells like some plastic storage containers I looked at a couple of pans that are stainless and seem to be Their stackability means they don't get stuck together when being stacked and unstacked. It is smooth on the edges and has several bends for added I am convinced that if you used these for a buffet line, they would hold an immense amount of food without showing any signs of strain. One of the best things about this kind of pan is that it does not rust. These surfaces lack small grooves and ridges where moisture can accumulate and bacteria can thrive. I am very satisfied with the perforated pans and will be getting more for my greenhouse in the coming As you can see, I'm back here today to purchase more of the 6" deep pans, together with the solid lids, for a butchering project. The solid lids are wonderful for protecting the meat that is going to be bagged before it is brought in. In those pans, the meat rests a few days before being frozen. Once cleaned, they are perfect for storing the meat in the fridge. Free range poultry can be seen as a result of this. Allow the meat to rest a few days before freezing, and you won't need to worry about that rigidly stringy gamey texture. I cooked a 30 pound turkey that was almost 2 years old in the Instant Pot for twice as long as it is called for with an apple cider vinegar splash for Thanksgiving, let him sit a few days, and chopped up 1/3 of his breast meat. The bird was juicy and tender! I have been helping friends with a nonprofit snack bar occasionally, this makes me long for the days of heavy duty stainless steel pans! I started raising chickens, ducks, turkeys, and goats on our small hobby farm. The pans are great for butchering, baking the poultry in the oven, preparing healthy and tasty food, etc. "We're a farm, we can use anything" is a statement you can actually relate to however we truly do use these pans for everything! Our collection of these pans and lids comes in a variety of sizes and includes some with perforations (that was an error, but a good one! So, be sure to pay attention if you meant to order perforated pans. I've already washed them multiple times, they appear to be stainless steel of high quality and will not rust. Oh, and I forgot to mention they are great for soaking eggs before cleaning! My job seems to involve washing eggs a lot, so I should know! It is at this point that the perforated pans take over because they provide natural drainage while preventing the eggs from rolling away. It's a stunner!.
