Having these "steam table" pans and lids from AmazonCommercial is such a convenient convenience for our family. Pans like these are not limited to steam tables, they can also be used in the oven, the fridge, and even the dishwasher. In our garden, we tend to produce an overabundance of veggies, particularly tomatoes these pans are great for sorting out and storing unripened tomatoes in the fall as well as lots of other fruits, veggies and berries. Using them to marinate meat in the fridge is also a good idea It can sometimes take up to a full day extra to complete the work You'll be able to simply pop it directly in the oven at the appointed time, which is super helpful when you've got a tiny kitchen in a smaller home. There's something about these lids that appeals to me It allows me to stack the pans in the fridge to save space, and it also works well in the oven to reduce moisture loss when baking or roasting for a long period of time. Using these pans and lids is far superior to simply using a cookie sheet because they contain the mess and spills for a much cleaner oven. These pans are incredibly versatile and have greatly enhanced our kitchen experiences. I cannot thank them enough for how much improvement they've provided us with.
The stainless steel pans fit these lids. As in buffets, they are used in the same way. There is an 11-inch top here which fits the pan of 12 inches. The number 8 x 6 is eight times six. Featuring a handle on top and a slot for a spoon, the lid can be lifted easily. It does not get too hot on the handle. There is a lot of strength to these It is easy to clean them. Depending on what you put under the pan, it makes it easier to keep heat or cool in. These served as seating outside for a socially distant Thanksgiving dinner involving the Corona Virus. Not one bit of food was left to dry out and was kept hot. It has not occurred to me to dent my lids. The dishwasher is the perfect place for these. It is better to handwash than use a dishwasher since hard water spots appear after use.

I think these lids are very nice. Their dimensions are accurate and they appear to be made of genuine stainless steel with a slot for a spoon or other utensil. Their gauge is relatively thin, but they seem to be robust enough to fit my other 1/3 size pans. They fit my other 1/3 size pans from other manufacturers just fine. They may warp or suffer any other type of damage, so I will update this review. In general, I don't comment on shipping packaging unless it is stunningly well done or mind bogglingly awful. It is an exceptionally good case here, as I am happy to report. In addition to the box, which has two walls, inside of which are plastic bags and inserts glued to hold these lids in place exactly as they come. This is the kind of delivery I would appreciate if all of my Amazon purchases were this good.
