There isn't much to say about it, it's exactly as it should be. . . Butcher paper for smoking meats on the BBQ. The product met its expectations and was shipped and delivered on time. It was very nice dealing with him. . . I'm not sure how much he charges for it, and I also don't know where I can locate butcher paper elsewhere.

I would have liked a tube with the paper, but no tube is available

In total, I have used this twice, once to smoke brisket and once to smoke pork shoulder and it worked each time

The bark came out a lot better using paper than a foil crust. Foil is softening all foods into pot roast, especially aluminum foil.

There's a roll of butcher paper in the box. For it to be crushed, hundreds of pounds would have to be dropped on The unfortunate thing is that it actually happened like that. This is still a piece of paper that can be used.
