The answer is no, according to my understanding. When wrapped around barbecue meat for slow cookers or smokers, this product works well at lower temperatures (300 degrees or less).
It's really hard for me to say. Perhaps if you floured the paper before rolling it out, it could be effective. I think the dough would stick to the paper if just put on the paper. That is something I would not do!

It works the exact same as expensive Traeger products at a fraction of the price. I've never foil roasted a bird. The bark gets too soft and saturated with condensation after wrapping a brisket. With this pink paper a Traegerized brisket is finished off with a professional-looking finish Each time, you get a quality result.
