This is garbage

Instead of completing its mission, it turned out to have done the opposite. I dried out my 20 lb brisket and it was ruined. This is the first time it has ever happened to me and I won't.

Serve this at large gatherings for a nice touch

The only downside is the cost of the butcher paper. The original intention of buying the tray liner was to wrap brisket, but it has been used as a finishing touch when serving BBQ ribs or fries to guests.
