It is, to me, just another small Chef's knife, and I use it in the way I would a regular chef's knife. Due to my smaller hands, a chef's knife with a blade measuring 7 or 8 inches can be a bit difficult In my kitchen, I use it for most vegetable chopping. As the blade of the knife was a bit too short to cut a head of cabbage in quarters, I had to get a longer knife, but once it was cut, this knife worked great for chopping up the cabbage.
RADA knives, cooking spoons, ladles, etc. have been an important part of my life products and make them in the USA. Their sharpener has been able to keep all the non-electric sharpeners from jamming up There were no problems with the serrated blades, and the one serrated paring knife that did not work as expected was simply replaced by the customer service representative. When I purchase aluminum products, only I purchase them Having handled knives for over a decade, I have never had a tang or haft separate from each other. To be honest, that's why I only buy my chef's equipment and cooking tools from Amazon since they have a lifetime guarantee.

It's excellent for slicing vegetables because of its "baby Santoku" form factor. As with most Santoku style knives, you shouldn't trust this knife to do heavy cutting or chopping work since the blade is the usual Rada fine, lightweight, extremely sharp knife. I used it not only for cooking vegetables but also as an excellent upgrade to my Rada stubby butcher (top knife in the photo). Regardless of the additional blade height, it is incredibly stable for cutting long, deep slices in beefsteak tomatoes, large potatoes, etc. You need another brand for any chopping work, but Rada knives are simply incomparable to any other brand on price and quality.
The products I use from Rada are excellent. One of my first knives was bought at a craft show or a fair. Usually it is very difficult to find a Rada dealer, so I was delighted to discover Amazon has them. It was after using the cook's knife at my daughter's home that I decided to add the bread knife and butcher knife to my collection. The blades are sharp but very useful, as well as being of high.
Wow! My expectations were completely exceeded! Even 3 months after the incident, the pain is still present. As I do with all my good knives, I wash them by hand. There aren't many things you can go wrong with for the price. It is still as sharp as the day I bought it, even after using it at least 2 to 3 times a day! The knife is great.
One of the best ones I have ever used. This is a very sharp knife that is useful for a wide variety of tasks in the kitchen. I really like the price and the fact that it is made in the US. You should give it a shot!.
I use it almost daily. I really like Rada knives. Because the blade is thin, it cuts through everything so well. I have two other knives in my kitchen that are not Rada knives. There is also a really good chef's knife and 3 serrated blade knives (each identical). When I use a knife, I usually reach for a Rada knife. I'm happy with the small price that provides a lot of value.
I have never used any other knives in my kitchen since I discovered Rada knives over 10 years ago at a friend's house. I love this size the best since everyone loves it. It's the perfect size for cutting Consistent slices are easy to achieve because the blade is at the right height. You can wash them by hand for as long as you want. A good sharpener is the only other thing you need. You don't want to use a bad sharpener on a blade that is thin. It's kind of a pain to use the Rada sharpener, so I would get one outside of Rada.
I have been using it for many years now. My knife stays sharp longer than other "name brand" knives I have tried and has a very comfortable handle. There is nothing else I buy besides this brand After learning my lesson, I will never do it again. A knife with an edge like this holds its edge well.
My knives have been with me for two years and they still look like In addition to being affordable, it is great to see a product that is made in the USA. The knives produced by Rada are among the best on the market for the money. A stainless steel edge will also hold well while not requiring quite as much maintenance as a carbon steel edge. My favorite kitchen knife is the Cook's Utility knife, since I have to constantly dry them or else they will rust. I also have some carbon steel knives in my kitchen that I have to dry right away or else they will rust. You can use it in a variety of ways and it is very well weighted.
