I expected it to be a little faster but it's a little slower. It is 185 degrees or so for about one cup, then drops significantly. I expected it to be able to produce a bit more hot water My plan was to use it to make a quart of coffee in a french press, but the water is too cool to make it It can take 15 minutes or half an hour for the hot water to recover, which means sometimes I come back half an hour later and it is still lukewarm. A light on the front is supposed to indicate when the heater or air conditioning is active, but it does not seem to do such a thing. In spite of that, I give it 3 stars, since it seems more to fail as a product than to fail at meeting my expectations.

In the past, we have filtered water by hand using a Brita manual filter. My word is your bond! The Brita water filter is a waste of time, it allows so much pollution in the water! My colleagues and I would not have gone through what we did if I had learned of this sooner. Water is drawn directly from your water source, filtered, and turned into ice cold or hot water perfect for tea and coffee! There is no need to fill this up with water.

It would be great if you could improvise. I love this little bottle, it's so cute and compact- The unit has been reduced. As some reviews may lead you to believe, this hotel has cold water and hot water, and it is not as noisy as some might prefer. Before buying this fine little piece of equipment, there are a few things you should keep in mind 1.

I found the instructions difficult to follow due to their lack had to improvise largely when installing the water line from the sink to the toilet, but I don't think it will be a problem if you can think critically. It is the first time I have installed a water cooler. 2 . *vbr>
3. To flush the filters, you need to use the flush attachment provided in the instructions. It is unfortunate that the attachment did not arrive. By dispensing water until the system was clear, I ended up flushing it instead after installing the unit. 4. Finally, 3. The device is compact, but it barely fits into I'm talking about within a centimeter of I had to get a pedestal to make it fit under my cabinets because it wouldn't fit under the cabinets. I kind of lost the point of getting a smaller unit for myself, but it still works, and I don't have to waste money or resources

Avalon contacted me about what had happened with the cooler and expressed their surprise. She sent me a replacement cooler and they also helped me with some additional filters. Karissa was super helpful and Avalon made sure I had the cooler I needed. It is important that a company stands behind its products and stands ready to assist a customer if there is a problem. No product is perfect all the time what really matters is how the company will respond in an emergency. The Avalon team came through once again! Avalon thanks Karissa, Tyler and the rest of the team for their hard work! After contacting Amazon in response to the manufacturer's recommendation, I had a replacement unit delivered to me. It arrived in the wrong place, and once I opened the box, I realized what had happened. A bottle is required for the model Amazon sent. A return request has been made for the incorrect item. I was contacted by the manufacturer after my review was posted and requested to get in touch with It is something I will do. I liked the appearance of the unit, and it was well-designed and The device seems to have all the necessary features, such as hot and cold temperatures, filters, and self-cleaning. After I installed it on a Friday, everything seemed to go smoothly, but I came back to discover that the unit had leaked all weekend long. Our maintenance man shut off the little valve on Sunday evening to stop the leak, so most of it has been stopped. My next move was to move the unit to a sink and hook it back up to check and see if it was a quick connect issue. This was not the case. Within a few minutes, water began to drip from the bottom of the unit when I tried to use the hot water side. As I was peeking under the top cover, I was unable to find any leaking fluids. A large amount of water coated the unit's interior. Here is a photo. I contacted the manufacturer as instructed by the instructions that came with the unit. When I asked if the unit could be exchanged, she said yes. Upon receiving the item I was advised that I would need to return it to Amazon since I had purchased the item This is why I am returning the device.

I found that the product was easy to install, and it worked for the first few months, but then it stopped working for a few days, and then it started Over the course of a few weeks, this cycle continued until it completely stopped working. In following the directions in the manual, the unit sounds like it's trying to work (it hums) but the water is the same temperature both in hot and cold forms (room temperature This is such a disappointment for me! This review is in hopes that someone else reads it and chooses to purchase a different brand. If the warranty was longer, everything would be fine, but they have a short warranty for a reason. It would have been better if we hadn't wasted this money.
