There was a problem since even water could not go through the membrane under vacuum. First I thought I just chose the wrong filter, but just a few minutes later I opened another I still wasn't able to make it Vacuum does not allow water or aqueous solutions to pass through the filtration. Since I tried my vacuum on my 0 and it worked, I know my vacuum works. This system worked well using a 2 um vacuum filter from Autofill (I bought it a few days ago). Thus, I am convinced that your score is I was not able to get the 45 um system to I would appreciate any advice you can provide. Luckily, I have enough product left to return the problematic item (I only have 10 pieces.
