It took about 3 N-hours to get it right

To flatten the M6 belleville washers I used, I used m of torque. This was ideal because my torque requirement was 4 N-m. This allowed me to get good seat pressure on both the outer and inner edges of the washers. It was ideal for the electrical connection I needed to make. I took a few of them out to see how much "spring" was left after they were flattened. The washers returned to their original thickness at 80% of their original thickness at 80% of their original thickness at 80% of In my opinion, this is a great piece. Each of the 100 washers was complete and functional.
