With these staples, what kind of stapler do you use? I'm replacing the floor in my Toy Hauler, and the staples are this size. ?

Will staples hold solid hardwood flooring better than nails on my 3/4-inch OSB subfloor? Is it true that these staples are only intended for use with a concrete subfloor?

These staples are designed to be used with hardwood flooring installed over plywood or OSB. They're not going to put their hands in concrete. I installed 1,200 square feet of 3/4" oak over OSB in my daughter's house and 1,000 square feet of maple over plywood in my own home with no problems.

Is it possible to use 18 gauge in a 15? 5 gun?

Stapler for flooring by Bostitch

We needed to repair a large section of floor and decided that purchasing this stapler instead of renting one would be a better option. The price was excellent, and the stapler was extremely durable. It's simple to use, and we'll be able to use it again in the future.

These were some of my favorite staples

These were some of my favorite staples. They didn't seem to split the wood as much as the cleats did (3/4" solid). There will be no snares. I used them with a Dewalt 12569 gun, which worked well with these nails as well.

Staples are dumped into an envelope by a sliced box

Many of the sleeves broke apart because the top of the box was sliced before packing, making it difficult to load a pneumatic stapler one staple at a time.
