It was a perfectly good product at a very good price. These are the accessories I use when finishing various locations with small cut cedar shingles. Sea breezes and salt water are harsh on my skin when I work near the coast of Maine. The quality is excellent and these have held up for many years without staining or rusting. The solid color stain looks as good as the nails when they are covered with them. They hold up better than stainless siding I highly recommend it.
A stainless staple does not discolor wood like a galvanized staple. To match existing siding, I used these to put up about 650 feet of tapered clear redwood siding 16 feet long. I have not had a misfire in my New Metabo stapler with narrow crown.
There is no better steel crown staple I could find for the price. 304 stainless steel.
It worked great on my fence project, and I used over two thousand of them. On a 4 foot 2x4 welded wire, use the method.
I am impressed with the quick delivery of my purchase.
