Questions & Answers
Steel is used for the staple. The tan color is the adhesive that holds them together, and it was most likely designed to keep them firmly in place in the hole. When the staple is shot, however, the adhesive could be knocked off. Also 1- 1/4" staples are far too long for something as thin as paneling. Perhaps a 3/4" long nailer, or even a brown head nailer, would be better.

So far, I've used 5000 with no problems, and they work well in both hardwood and plywood and MDF. One of the four boxes was broken open on end during shipping, but this was not a major issue. I've noticed that loose boxes on staples due to weight have always been an issue with every company I've purchased from, and I hope that someone figures out a better way to secure loose boxes. Either that, or companies offer complete cases that arrive in good condition; either way, it's a good price and a good staple.
They're great, and I haven't had any problems with them. Using them in conjunction with harbor freight 2- 1 staple gun (pneumatic).
The staples did their job exactly as they were supposed to. It was reasonable in price.
They are working as they should be.
exactly right.
I ordered a box of 5000 staples, and it came triple boxed! Take a look at the images I've posted up top. The staples were secured with packing tape in a middle box. Then there's the double-decker bus. Staples were packaged and shipped in a standard Amazon box. They were in excellent condition when they arrived. br>br>The staples fit my Hitachi gun perfectly, and I think I'll order staples from Amazon again now that they have a new and improved shipping method.
This particular brand of staple has served me well in the past. br>They never seem to get stuck, and once you've joined, you'll have a field day trying to get rid of them. They have a strong grip. Unfortunately, I'll have to buy my staples locally from now on because the staple box ripped apart due to poor packaging. What a MESS!.
I used these to hold the panel up over sheet rock on the walls and ceiling, and they worked wonderfully! If I require additional supplies, I am aware of where to look.
