The package was damaged upon arrival

It arrived in perfect condition and there were no damages to the box. There was however a serious issue with the plastic container holding the nails as quite a few of the nail strips were not usable or cracked. A large shipping box did not have any protective coating to prevent the internal container from being broken. As well as the longer than usual delivery time, this was unusual.
