The answer would be yes, if it were up to me! Regardless, they should work with the dewalt just fine. I'm not sure if it's 100% sure. Nevertheless, I have used these names in both hitachi and bostitch guns with no problems. These strap nails can be used with just about any strap nail gun.

I replaced the NK38 AK with my Metabo NR38 AK and it works.
My Hitachi strap nailer has no issue working with it. Check the hanger specs as some require longer nails in order to be fully functional. As well as a 2, there is a 3. The size of a 5 inch coin for a Nailing guns that fit 5 inch straps.
