It was very inexpensive
But the connector doesn't have a stop for the wire in the center like other manufacturers do. In most cases, a red connector is a 18-pin There are 16 of them with a 22 gauge The wires are 22 so you have to crimp them each year on smaller wires. * They have a nice soft heat shrink material that did not puncture while crimping and shrank All in all, they don't work the best, but they do the job.

I've had great results with these

I needed them for the wiring of some outdoor lamps. When you pull both ends of the cables, and they seal well, they don't snap out. If you plan to heat the metal part, crimp the part first (as instructed).

With standard ratchet crimpers, you can not crimp tight enough

Crimping devices that engage the connectors do not work with regular ratcheting crimping tools. There must be a problem with the tube thickness. The dimple crimpers I found were too cheap to work, so I used these instead. Dimple crimpers are problem since you run the risk of piercing the heat shrink, taking away the purpose of those.

They do have a wire stop in the middle of the connector, so it is actually much better than what other viewers reported. I was able to resurrect an ancient metal detector by soldering a connection on the circuit board we could not solder.

Crimping the wire was done with a thin metal and copper. Since the wiring is so thin, I didn't want to pull too hard on the wire to look at it because I was afraid I would pull them apart. Usually butt connectors can withstand a little tension, but these can't. However, they cannot be called a good company.
