Call (888) 610-4444 for a 5 VDC 1A transformer. The connector size is 2818.
Digital signals are sent over a single coax (orange) connection. Toslink is a great example of this. To get analog audio out of the headphone jack, use a stereo mini to RCA adapter.
Not sure. However, I see no reason why it shouldn't. Optical is also referred to as optivcal.

For my setup, it's perfect. Used to connect the Sonos port on the server in the basement to the stereo on the second floor. The transmitter is cool to the touch, and the receiver is plug-and-play, requiring no additional electrical connections. I used the dual plug to run audio from the Toshlink output to the Schiit Modi DAC on the main stereo, as well as digital coaxial to another system via an in-wall coaxial connection. Allows me to have Sonos in multiple rooms using a single port; my Cat6 run is probably about 50 feet, and the audio sounds great to my ears.
via a 100ft Cat6 cable (and about 8ft of coaxial to the wall jack), through my basement, up through my attic, through my garage, and then through a drilled hole in the eave It functions admirably. Only the transmitter is powered, and the receiver is powered through the cable and has a power indicator LED. br>br>I also tested without this and it worked with just a regular 100ft coaxial cable, but that is WAY out of spec, so I went with balanced audio and did it right. It's been great so far, and if I ever decide to relocate, I have a nice run of Cat 6 that I could use for something else.
This was a major issue for me because I have a lot of old home theater equipment that I'd like to keep. The price put me off at first, but since I had Ethernet wired throughout my house, it was worth a shot. There were no sound delays and it worked flawlessly. I'm surprised this adapter exists, and I'm grateful I didn't have to rip into my freshly painted walls.
Everything went according to plan. I plugged in the inputs and outputs, turned it on, and I was ready to go. and are on the move. I was able to connect our TV to an older, but still high-quality AVR over a long distance using an unused ethernet line.
This was bought to connect two separate surround sound systems in two different rooms. With an extra-long CAT5e cable, it worked perfectly. The sound quality is excellent, and the construction is sturdy. This book comes highly recommended.
These worked flawlessly, extending both optical (s/pdif) and digital coax, despite the fact that my cable length was only about 80 feet.
The Integra HDBase-T is a high-definition (HDBase- Because the extender I'm using doesn't support ARC, I purchased this to return the audio signal from the TV to the receiver when I'm using the built-in TV apps to watch content.
Because my video balen would not transmit over ARC (I have HDMI over cat 6), I used this to deliver audio to my AVR from a TV streaming service. Setup is simple and foolproof. The small footprint of the unit makes it simple to hide behind the TV. When connecting to a streaming service, I no longer have to rely on the TV speakers; highly recommended.
