Audioengine D1 24-Bit DAC, Premium Desktop Digital to Analogue Converter & Headphone Amplifier

This is the third of 3 I'm ordering. Why do I need this? It is possible to talk about price and what you expect in various ways. I don't want to talk about it. I want to give the product a 5-Star rating. I have finally found speakers that live up to expectations, and my Sony MDR-XB550I stereo sound system does not disappoint As well as sounding great, the V6 headphones deliver great comfort, too. Previous to this, I was using a cheapo USB DAC, but the sound quality was terrible. There is a slight problem with the AudioEngine D1 every once in a while, it produces bursts of digital noise at full volume (regardless of volume setting) that frankly, are enough to scare the living daylights out of you. There is no cheapo DAC that can do With a DAC at this price and one that is supposed to be audiophile-grade, this is a serious problem. However, it sounds very That's why I'm giving it four.

I have both the AudioEngine DAC and the DragonFly that I own. They are both very good, though the DragonFly is a little different. Besides the volume control and RCA output, I am using this one because of its L and R connections. My car has an Android tablet (7. I'm using this in my car. Since I didn't pay attention to USB DAC in the last few years, I no longer pay attention to it. The price of PCI good sound cards, however, is outrageous. In terms of comparison with my ASUS Xonar ESSENCE ST, I can say that this is significantly better I have been using the PCI card on another desktop for years.
