The chips arrived exactly as shown in the photo - no anti- There are no sockets included in the static bag, and the chips are simply stacked in an ordinary shipping envelope. No response when I tested the chips (which is unsurprising given how they were shipped). Amazon sent a replacement, which was identical to the first! Dead chips, no anti-virus software, etc. There are no sockets and there is no static protection.
