It had been years since my light-up feeder had worked. I decided to see if I could fix it since I had a lot of free time. A corroded component was visible on the circuit board that controls battery charging. I was able to track it down and discovered that it was simple to replace. Unfortunately, I had to replace the solar collector as well, but I now have a feeder that everyone in the neighborhood admires. The hummingbirds, on the other hand, don't seem to mind. So, what are we going to do with the remaining 9 IC components?.

It really works. All of my solar garden lights that had broken had been repaired.
