There aren't any crimps to be found. I simply soldered my connections to the existing wires and heat shrank them. It worked fine, though I did keep my soldering iron's temperature low.

Dehydrators that are "dead" can be fixed with this

I buy old dehydrators at flea markets and use them to dry 3D printing filament. Frequently, the only issue with those dehydrators is a blown fuse. This is an exact match for every model I've ever purchased. I've ordered from them twice now, and both times the parts arrived on time.

I was about to toss it in with the box because it wasn't in an obvious package. Perhaps they could staple it to a card or simply use a bigger bag?.

When I disassembled the Jetstreame, the only issue I had was finding the one hidden screw. It was hidden behind a small plastic plug of the same color, which made it difficult to see. I was able to pry it free and was ready to go.

After about 30 hours of use, my dehydrator gave up. After doing some research, it was determined that this would solve the problem, which it did. However, you will require a soldering iron.
