The product arrived almost a week earlier than expected, thanks to the vendor's use of International Priority shipping. The holding bracket milling appears to be done with low tolerances, which means that the parts rotate, slide, and hold with really nice exactitude, there are no loose parts, the material is steal, so it's a little heavy, but that's what I wanted. br>br>I'm going to use this to add a laser guide to my metal saw, so it'll help me move the saw guide to the right cutting angle once I've marked the right angle in the piece to cut. I was worried that the vibration would affect the mount and the laser, so I was planning to remove it before I started cutting, but now that I see the strength of it, and the good milling, I'm going to adapt it to use it as a guide to position the br>br>The laser gets a little warm after a while, but I don't think that's a problem if there's a switch to turn it off when it's not in use.

Machining is very good. Laser was a little difficult at first, so keep that in mind when you get your package. Don't get me wrong: I'm no expert on "lasers," but I was about to return it. You may wonder why. That is an excellent query. Because I'm not a "laser" expert, how am I supposed to know that if you screw the lens all the way down, the "laser" will be nearly impossible to see? There are no guidelines to follow. It was only one that I required. As a result, non-experts should be aware of the following: Do not completely tighten the lens. You must decide on a focal point. I used my multimeter to ensure that I had power from the battery pack, which I did, and then double-checked with a wall outlet. Lasers are useful for holding brackets, but they are useless in and of themselves.

It's a very bright light that's also very easy to adjust. The only flaw was that the housing screw was too long, preventing the laser from fitting. It should be simple to put together. I simply unscrewed it and ground it down slightly.

The quality of the laser lines and marks is so poor that they can't be used for anything. You can't use the cross hair with any confidence because it's so fuzzy and blown out. br>I'm so let down. br>Both the air conditioning and the mounting system are excellent. The laser heads, on the other hand, are inexpensive and a rip-off.
