Questions & Answers

Is this something that could be used in an old rain lamp?

So long as it's in the right place.

Is it possible to incorporate this into a ceiling light fixture?

They appear to have the same prongs as the bulbs I use in my ceiling fixture, but the wattage appears to be less / lower, so I'm not sure how bright they would be. Because I couldn't find this wattage in any of the big box stores, I believe they're made specifically for candle warmers.

Is it possible to adjust the brightness of these lights?

I'm not sure if they'd be considered dimmable in the first place. The switch on our range hood is a three-step tier, which I have installed. The light is turned on at a low brightness level with the first click. The next click raises the brightness to the next level, and the third click raises it to its brightest setting; however, a slider dimming switch may still work.

Is this bulb a replacement for the GZ10?

THESE BULBS ARE FOR WAX BURNERS, NOT LIGHTS, AND THEY ARE NOT THE SAME AS THE GZ 10.

I'M GOING TO USE THIS FOR NIGHT READING
5/5

The lights I purchased came with super-bright bulbs. As a result, I was the one who inquired as to whether these bulbs would be suitable for reading at night. Two people said no, one said they're for warming candles (I can read, but I was looking for something else), and one said yes, they're quite bright. Yes, they are bright enough for nighttime reading when you don't need a super-bright light source. Your reading will be illuminated by a bright light. Now, here's the strange part: these are labeled as 25 watts, but I believe they're the equivalent of a 25 watt incandescent bulb, and here's why. The super-bright bulbs that came with my light fixtures, the super-bright bulbs that came with my light fixtures, the super-bright Bright bulbs use 6 watts, which is the same as a 40 watt incandescent bulb. If these LED lights were truly 25 watts, they could be used to land 747s at LAX. It's more likely that they're three. 4 watts. Whatever the case may be, people seem to have a thing for warming candles (which I don't understand either). I just use a match to light mine, but you should know that they can also be used to read by at night. They're shining brightly in my lighting fixtures. (I'm waiting for the paint on my bookcases to dry, which is why they're still unstyled. ) I really wanted 2 or 3 watt but couldn't find them for a good price, and I assumed these would be even worse. They're still quite bright for reading at night.

No Good! This is a disaster! I purchased all three as a set
3/5

I placed my order on March 3, 2020, and as of today, March 18, 2020, I am on my last one! The original, which came with the wax melt lamp, lasted for two years! I am not going to purchase anything else. I'd appreciate it if I could get my money back!.

This is an excellent bulb
5/5

I needed a replacement bulb for our candle warmer and was initially perplexed because there were packs like this with three bulbs for a great price and others where a single bulb was three times the price; however, these bulbs work great and are fairly sturdy, so I expect them to last a long time. I did notice, thankfully before it was too late, that there are a lot of warning signs that the wattage is too high when you get to this bulb type, but they aren't always obvious. Just make sure everything is in order.

Scentsy is not one of them
3/5

These were supposed to replace a dead bulb in my wife's Scentsy tart burner, but they didn't work. To generate a large amount of heat, most of those burners use halogen bulbs, which are similar to LEDs. They don't even produce any heat. I was able to lift off the wax dish and place my hand on the bulb after it had been installed and turned on for 30 minutes without burning it. It was warm, but not nearly hot enough to warm a dish and melt the wax. To replace these, we went to the store and purchased genuine halogen bulbs. I don't know about other brands of wax melters, but I'm guessing they all need the same amount of heat.

Little Lightbulbs are very useful
5/5

Who knew? I bought two wax warmer lamps a few months ago and they're both in use. the- time. . Seriously, all of the time; in fact, when the lightbulb refused to turn on, I was more than irritated. So I had to go back to the lamp's page on Amazon, where I discovered that replacement bulbs were clearly marked. It's simple and inexpensive to do. This is a great price for a wax warmer lamp that is always in use. This was a good buy.

Don't throw your money away
3/5

The first bulb lasted about five months before going dim. When used for two to three hours per day, the candle warmer's original bulb lasted just over three years. The new bulb in the box was very dim when I replaced the bulb, and it wouldn't even begin to melt the candle. So, after trying the third one in the box and getting the same result, I decided to try the bulb from another candle warmer I own, and it worked perfectly! The only bulbs that do not work are the new ones. It's incredible how the first bulb out of the box worked for a short period of time, but the rest don't. It'll be too late to return it when it's too late!.

Wax melts are easy to warm
5/5

My wax warmers now have perfect replacement bulbs. At first, I bought LED bulbs and didn't notice they weren't getting hot for a few hours. I was ecstatic to discover that they were up and running in under 15 minutes. These bulbs have made our home smell wonderful.

Too hot
3/5

These were way too hot when I used them to replace a burned out bulb in my wax warmer. They ruined my wax warmer by making the wax smell burned and leaving a charred ring on the warming tray in the shape of lightbulb edges.
