Do you know if this is 120vac rated. On one it says 12v, on the other it says 12 220 volts?

I use mine for 120VAC/1A, and it IS rated for that voltage but with a low current capacity. Adapt voltage use to your needs. Appliance use (ON/OFF) is not allowed.

What is the best way to use this as an emergency stop to break the circuit? Do you wire it to the normally closed and common wire?

That depends on what you're trying to accomplish. Yes, you should connect to the common and normal open terminals most of the time

How well does it work on CNC3018pro?

There is no reason why it couldn't work, since it's nothing more than a switch with a catch that needs to be turned to make it spring back I recall it being able to be wired either normally open or normally

I found this very well constructed and finished metal switch to be more than worth the investment over the dime a dozen similar but cheaper plastic switches. Generally, they are heavy and very robust units with very satisfying clicks and movements, with a satisfying action and weight to their action. This is the best emergency stop switch I have seen so far! This is a great switch, and the seller had it shipped to me as quickly as possible even during the Covid shutdown that had many others unhappy.

I don't know. The product is made of metal, which I like. I have used this a few times now, and it has worked well. Worked for a few days and then stopped. I am glad it wasn't a life-threatening After drilling the panel I already have, I will try a replacement and hope it was merely the luck of the draw. After I follow up on the second attempt, I will follow up on the third.

A hole is drilled in the switch that has a diameter of The number 866 does not exist. There is a pigtail connector on the 125. The product is of good quality. I plan to purchase it again.

When tightening the knob you need to be careful not to damage the wording. Knobs can also cause the switch body in the housing to fall out of alignment with the connector key and make it impossible to connect the pigtail.
