Questions & Answers

Does anyone know what is the purpose of the labels on this board? The numbers don't make sense. ?

Based on what I understand, they are labeled based on the BCM Board configuration, so you need to change your program to operate in BCM mode. It should all make sense if you look at the BCM pinout on the PI 3 board.

Since I just got my first Raspberry Pi yesterday, I am a newbie at this. Can you please tell me what this product is used for and what the benefits are? Thank you. ?

There are wire taps on the breakout that can be used on a breadboard for running wires or jumpers to connect to things such as LEDs, switches, motors, or whatever else you like. You will not have to solder anything to the Raspberry Pi this way

If pin number 05 is SCL, pin number 07 is IOB, pin number 08 is TXD, is there a table that lists pin numbers and their labels? It would really be helpful if you did this! ?

Hey there, yes there is one, right on your raspberry pi you can type "gpio readall" and it will give you all the labels to use. Hope this

The stand offs that mount to the wall have screw threads of what size?

Known as the M2, the standoff model. Five fifths inch eleventh inch

It is ideal for permanently fixed or semi-permanently fixed implants Instalations that are permanent in nature
5/5

Testing circuits can be accomplished by using breadboards and jumper wires. These jumper cables aren't designed to last, as the wires will come loose over time. The GPIO pins on this HAT are held in place with screw terminals, as are the By using screw terminals, you can attach sensors and other gear in a way that doesn't come loose, but can still be removed easily if you need them later. The PoE pins on the Model 3 B+ are clear when mounted with brass stand-offs and screws. Cutouts are provided for the ribbon cables of the camera and display.

There is a field of 7 x 15 mounting holes on which you will be able to solder components, plus a few more. The only thing I do not like is that I would have preferred that these be connected by traces to make two rails that run the width of the device, plus 15 4" rails. The bars connect together, just like a mini-network The breadboard has the ability to solder. The Raspberry Pi B+ board is essential if you want to build a weather station, security system, home theater, or any other permanent installation around the Raspberry Pi!.

The heat sink might not be cleared
4/5

My PI 3 B+ heatsink didn't clear the pins on this board because of the shorter header and standoffs, so I had to remove it. It would have made it a home run 5 if only it had a slightly longer header. It is still a very well thought-out and well made film You can find out more about our products.

The only reason for 3 stars is the small problem
3/5

Stickers should be handled with care. This meant I spent a couple of hours fixing a problem that was probably unnecessary. On mine, the labels on my banks didn't match the printing on my board.

There is no better board than this one
5/5

Among my projects is one that requires the Pi to connect to a variety of relays, sensors, and LEDs. I wanted a method to secure the I/O leads. Screw terminals that offered solid connections with a low profile are what I was looking for. I have been looking for a board like this for a long time! The Pi 3B fits nicely in a case made for the Pi 3B with a hat. The board is made to a high standard.

It is easier/better to attach wires to the gpio pins of your pi in this way
5/5

If you want to compare the pin labels on this with the pin labels on the board, you will have to pull up an actual pinout online. With very little room for labels, they used one standard for labeling pins while other people used It doesn't matter what it is, I love it. In my opinion, there is no better/easier way to attach wires to your pi gpio pins than this, and the small area where you can solder components was a nice added To tighten and loosen the small screws, be sure that you have a standard screw driver small enough for the job. In the event that I want to permanently attach items to gpio pins on my Raspberry Pis, this will be my go-to item.

It saves a lot of time
5/5

The only thing I wanted to connect to my raspberry pi were a few sensors, so I experimented with breadboards and connectors and solder through pins. As soon as I saw it, I knew what to do. That's it. The sensors have been connected and are functioning. The next time I'm working on a project, I'll remember this.

I am delighted with this product
5/5

You may also A single issue I found was related to the pin labeling on the device. My Raspberry Pi 3 B+ is a B+ model. It appears that pin 24 is not connected to the SDA label according to my project. The GPIO readall program shows that pin 24 corresponds to the The CZH-virus is probably not present I think it has nothing to do with Labs, it's just one of the nuances of getting third-party apps to work.

This is a great material for experiments
5/5

I am amazed! How long has this thing been around? There are no longer the days in which logic probes and voltmeter leads would be stuck to the tips of small, itty-bitty fingers Pins that are itty bitty. In the meantime, thank you Electronics-Bolt! It's my heart's desire to have fried electronics, but for the moment, I'm thankful that I'm still alive I had a great time at the Salon for
an excellent product which allows me to interact.
