A great little tool for mounting a quick little circuit on a DIN rail when you have a need to lash it up quickly. My voltage regulator circuit was mounted on a DIN rail and I wanted to mount it on the The fact that Amazon showed me how wrong I was about such a product made me realize what I had been thinking! This battery cutoff module also happened to be the same height as the PCB in this unit, but only half the width. I sliced the provided PCB in half, built my regulator on half of it, and then installed the battery cutoff module with the half PCB back into this unit. I saved myself from having to lash together a fancy enclosure because this worked perfectly.
Easily snapped into a DIN rail, they are easy to install. 'The plastic used for the case seems appropriate because it's not too rigid so it can be popped in but not too rigid that it won't hold the PCB securely. To create my own board, I plan to custom fabricate it. That's easy to support because these break down easily. As a matter of fact, if I needed more I would buy.
It worked perfectly! My favorite part was having it just snap on the.
A prototype PCB is mounted on the DIN rail with the help of this assembly.
There is a handy prototyping board mounted on a DIN rail that you can use. Wiring the point to point is a little tricky, so a sketch of the layout must be done before you begin.
It works great. As promised, it arrived on time. This is a great product.
I like the way the board looks now that it's been soldered and re-assembled The parts were soldered without any problems. 2) The mount is very sturdy. Other than that, not much more can be asked.
The traces between the holes could be shorter as on a breadboard, but other than that, it is functional. My original PCB had end caps and a holder that fit the end caps so I used those instead.
