A small part can save a lot of money

On my York furnace fan motor, this small part failed. I was able to solder this in and avoid spending $700 on a new variable speed fan by doing so. It took about 40 minutes from removal to installation, and it came in handy last summer when the factory part broke down during a heat wave.
