I don't know
A quick glance at the SDS sheet didn't show anything about flammability. Also, it did not appear like there were any air restrictions. It's like magic when you tap your phone
I have no problems with it
It does not. you will need an impact hammer drill and a hardened impact bit to make the hole because the stone must be pounded into dust to make the hole

Aside from stainless steel drill bits, I also purchased drill bits for aluminum. Despite its low viscosity level, the liquid is not safe for human After removing the cap and removing the seal, I reapplied the cap and used a drop of oil on the bit tip and the steel. Certainly, it is helpful for drilling through hard stainless steel and prolongs the life of the drill bit.
However, I noted that the liquid would leak all over the side of the container when I squeezed a drop to place at There is a significant leakage of liquid from the bottle both inside and outside the cap due to loose threads between the bottle and cap. When I finished the job, I placed the bottle on the work shelf and got all my hand fingers covered in the liquid. Using gloves, I removed the gloves, but when I put it back, I got all my hand fingers covered in the liquid. It is important for the bottle to be fixed and the cap applied by the manufacturer!.
There's nothing to say, it's cutting fluid, what can you do? I put it in a small oil can with a very small opening when I realized the container is awful for distributing small quantities on a drill press, etc. An oily consistency that is thin and watery rather than.
When cutting, drilling and tapping metals, even aluminum, which is what I primarily work with, the tool makes a huge difference. As well as acrylic plastic, I tried it, but it didn't seem to make a difference. It is said that the best way to cut plastic is to use watered down dish soap. This stuff is great. I'm glad I bought it. In this little container, I will be able to store items for several years, probably more.
I have never seen anything like this before! Stinky oil/DW40 used to sting my eyes, but this stuff has no effect on them at all! So far, I have not lost a tap with this stuff. It's now easier than ever to drill holes through all kinds of metal! Besides my Dad, I will be buying two more of these. One will go to work and one to my dad. The residue can easily be removed with IPA by wiping it away with the solution. The bottle is almost empty, and I have only used 75% of it now. I will buy more when I run out, but as the headline states, I have drilled maybe 1000 holes. This product has been very satisfying to us, and I hope it will be to you as well! I appreciate it!.
Up until now, all I had to do to lubricate my taps, drills, and dies was use whatever oil/lubricant I had lying around. This Tap Magic Cutting fluid will prevent me from making that mistake in the future. With a small 1/16" bit, I drilled several holes in steel without breaking off the bit. I don't know why exactly, but I know it helps. Using this fluid helped keep the bit in place and prevented it from binding or twisting I like how small the can is, and it should last for quite a while at home and in the shop.
Not well cleaned off, this seems to corrode steel.
This stuff is useful to have whenever I use a tool that extracts broken fasteners. It is good whether it is a left handed drill bit or a tap and die set it helps to prevent broken bits and taps, thereby prolonging Despite being difficult to find in my part of the country, this Tap Magic cutting fluid is the best I have ever used and I buy it exclusively.
I watched YouTube to figure out what was wrong. In addition to this cutting oil, I also needed a pedal tap and bike grease. I was pleasantly surprised to find they all worked smoothly. My initial expectations were not met as I was able to easily rethread the crank arm and screw in the pedsl without much difficulty. You don't need to take your bike to a shop to repair it.
