That is not the case. The bottle is made of plastic. By filling up my metal can from the bottle, I am saving a lot of money.

Is it possible to use this on acrylic or palstic?

Is it the tap/die or the cutting oil that causes the problem?

Three years from now, I'll still buy the same bottle

My cutting oils have been a part of my life for almost a decade. Now that I am on my third bottle, I am done. In addition to tapping and threading, I use it for drilling holes in triangular bars The machine uses lobe self-tapping screws, and the Green Lee hole punch is lubricated. It also drills through all metals In addition, taps and dies, as well as drill bits, will last longer. We all know how frustrating it can be to break a tap on the very last hole you are It takes just a little bit of dub to make an impact.

When I started using 3-D printing I used the plain type I used to be swayed by a particular type of oil when drilling steel, but I'm now sold on this. Cutting with this bit is actually better, bit is relatively cool, and bit is much less likely to smoke. You can't save your bit from a hot drill bit if you drill too fast and too hot.

Drilling and tapping are made easier with this tool

The aluminum taps we used to tap broke several M2 (2mm) taps. Using this cutting fluid makes a big difference in taping and drilling aluminum since it's much smoother and does not bind.

The sticker appears to be accurate, and the machine twerks as described. I made sure that my threads of my block (along with a brand new set of taps from Gear Wrench) are snug enough so that my truck won't roll off the nearest cliff or die from lead poisoning. It was a good thing that rapid tap saved the day! My old pal, thanks for the kind words!.

You can lengthen the life of your drill bits if you follow these steps

You can extend the life of your cutting tools by using this cutting fluid. The oil likes to splash all over when I open and close the spout, so I wish I'd gotten the paste. The consistency of the coating is thick enough to make it stick to your drill bits rather than flinging them.
