There is one Steel City 40260H 16-inch planer in my workshop Half an inch. My best guess is that your planer is a Steel City 40700h based on the information you provided. It is impossible for me to know if these cutters will work on your planer, so I cannot guarantee it.

How many screws do these come with?

The screws that came with mine did not work.

What are the compatibility issues between these cutter heads and ?

The number 14 should be used instead. Three times fourteen. Three millimeters by two millimeters. The carbide square cutter is available in our store as well

What will these work with, Easy Wood Tools ?

There is too much space around the screw hole, so I don't think so

These cutters are excellent

A lot of cutters on my grizzly 20" planer are broken and need replacing. I bought these because they are as good as any cutter I have purchased previously, and better than the ones I received from the factory. Despite this, I mixed them up with some others I ordered on Amazon as well since they came with the replacement screws. There are no barriers to repurchasing, so I do not see where I might be prohibited from doing so. After replacing, I ran some ironwood through to see if it performs as well as the others I installed. The year 2021- There was a hidden nail in the pack, so I bought an extra pack to be on the safe side.

Using the blades for two minutes has resulted in two broken blades

The look like a piece of junk to me. Two of the blades in my Steel City Planner are broken after 40 blade changes. As I was securing the first one to the drum, I broke it. That wasn't sitting right, so I guessed it was seated incorrectly. Now that I have used it several times (and seen one of the blades break and ping around inside the planner), I'm afraid these blades will injure me or someone else. In previous refreshes, I have seen blades snapping in half easily, but this is the first time I have seen them snapping in half during a refresh. If you are considering buying, I suggest not doing so. A refund is on the way and I wish to acquire different blades.

The system works great! used these in place of the H7653 helix cutter that came with an old Grizzly G1182

They It was much cheaper and quicker to order these from Grizzly than ordering them directly from them.

Polish them in the same manner

There are precisely these measurements, and they have a polished mirror finish. It is hard to gauge the durability from the picture. I have not used them yet, so I cannot comment on the quality.
