Product Description

This is an introduction to CCMT2(1). 5 ) inserts made of carbide material with a CVD coating, used for machining steel and stainless steel parts, as well as Diamond inserts that turn at an angle of 80 degrees.

A description of the inner holder is as follows Made of 40Cr material with forging process, very durable. The overall length is 125mm-150mm/4. I am 92"-5". 90 degree right hand internal turning boring bar, 9".

The advantage of this blade is its long life, high cutting speed, and low friction coefficient, and good wear resistance.

Turning and finishing of a wide range of materials are some of its uses. Steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals are all suitable for this product.

There are 10 pieces of the CCMT21 included with this package. The main picture shows one dozen inserts plus three pieces of holders (S08K/S10K/S12M SCLCR06) with T8 wrenches (Inserts are attached to the holders only for display in the main picture).
