The S20R-MWLNR08 turning boring bar has the cutting direction of right hand. The turning tool bar is made from high-quality alloy steel with nickel-plated surfaces, which can effectively improve wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and durability of the turning tool bar.

In this carbide insert, the insert is made of carbide and the coating is made from TiN , it can be used to finish or semi-finish steel ,the insert has a good wear resistance, is chemically stable, and has a low friction coefficient.

In addition to carbide inserts, there is also cutting boring bar packed in plastic containers, which is safe and easy to store.

It wasn't something I thought I would enjoy, but I did. Nowadays, 90% of the time I use my lathe for this project. My favorite way to do most operations is with it. The following three processes are turns, faces, and boring.
