They're for sale on eBay, as far as I can tell.
There's a guy named "Tom's Techniques" on YouTube who explains speeds and feeds in layman's terms. I hope this has been of assistance.

On mild steel, it works perfectly. These are good inserts. They use deep 0 to hog out mild steel. On the final pass of 10 thou', make 200 cuts with a good surface finish. br>It's also difficult. After making a large pile of chips, there are no signs of wear. br>The chips it produces are a nice brown or blue color, and the chip breaker is effective.
Great tool that leaves a lovely finish on aluminum up to 5 mm thick. Apkt160408- is 95" wide. On Amazon, you can find Lh Carbide Inserts. The supplied aluminum inserts are inadequate. The key to a nice finish is a slow head speed and feed rate.
I made some case hardened brake press tooling, and despite being an Iscar/Ingersoll knockoff, they held up quite well!.
Carbide inserts work well and last a long time, and the insets' design allows for smooth cutting with minimal impact.
After-tax, it's just a little more than half of what I pay for. At my neighborhood tooling shop, I sell APTK inserts. It is a good deal.
For the price, these inserts are excellent, and they mill well in aluminum, steel, and G10.
Cutting ability is excellent, with even cuts, and the price is reasonable.
You get a lot of bang for your buck with this purchase.
