The 1/4" bit is included in this set.
Metal can be drilled with the DW1341 drill bit set. Industrial cobalt drill bits, on the other hand, are our top recommendation. For more information, contact DeWALT Support directly.
Greetings, Jason. The DW1341 set is a standard round shank for drills. Because the largest one is 1/2", you'll need a 1/2" chuck.

No, I wasn't messing around with it; I was just trying to drill a hole in a piece of wood when it cracked in half.
It's total nonsense. Right out of the box, everything is dull. We purchase this merchandise solely for the purpose of sending it back and forth. These drill bits can't even cut through an old pine block or a 2x4 without a lot of effort. I needed a metal-related item. I have a nice Black and Decker 1/2" drill that I'd like to share. I won't be able to do anything with it until I figure out who makes good drill bits that do exactly what they're supposed to do. What company makes good drill bits?.
It was used to drill smaller holes in a metal insulated mug that worked better. Every time the mug was washed, water would get trapped in the insulated layer and would not drain. I couldn't get through the metal with conventional drill bits. I could easily drill a small hole with these titanium drill bits, allowing air to enter on one side and water to exit on the opposite.
I gave in and bought these Dewalt drill bits with the extra cash I had set aside. In less than two minutes, I drilled three holes. As a result, I've changed my mind. I tossed the rest of the drill bits in the trash. Thank you so much, Dewalt.
The images are clear and appear to be of good quality.
Another feature of the set that I like is that the case will interlock with other Dewalt sets of similar size (such as screwdriver bits) to keep them together.
Quality is shockingly low. If the sheet is less than a millimeter thick, it won't even drill through it. I'm going back. If you're only going to use it for wood, don't buy it.
Not a professional machine, just a home motor, but I drove through everything I've needed to so far nice and quickly, and it appears to be helping to keep the sharp nest just because she's mainly for wood and light metals, so I'm happy with them. I haven't broken it yet.
